Crochet policies
1. Order Processing Queue
All custom crochet orders are processed in the order they are received.
(ex. if there are three orders ahead of you, your order will begin once those three are completed.)
Please allow a 2-3 week processing time for your order to be completed. No last-minute orders will be accepted.
2. Finalized Orders
Once payment is received, your order details (including any add-ons or customizations) are finalized. No changes can be made after payment, as each item is custom-made to your specifications.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns: All sales are final; no returns will be accepted.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item and the nature of your dissatisfaction. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss potential options.

What are our return/exchange policies?
We have a shipping/exchange policy and privacy policy
Orders will either be premade and shipped in a couple business days or they will be pre-order and can take around 2-3 weeks to ship out (custom crochet orders)
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. (All items)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us through email or using the “contact” tab on website or via instagram
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
Refunds
(not applicable for custom crochet items)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
