1. Order Processing Queue

All custom crochet orders are processed in the order they are received.

(ex. if there are three orders ahead of you, your order will begin once those three are completed.)

Please allow a 2-3 week processing time for your order to be completed. No last-minute orders will be accepted.

2. Finalized Orders

Once payment is received, your order details (including any add-ons or customizations) are finalized. No changes can be made after payment, as each item is custom-made to your specifications.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: All sales are final; no returns will be accepted.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition of the item and the nature of your dissatisfaction. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss potential options.
